The Sims 4: Horse Manure

EP 14 Horse Ranch - A guide on horse manure.

Manure management is essential when caring for your horses. Care for them better, and their poop will yield better quality. Better-quality manure produces better-quality crops. Most importantly, this helps you sell better-quality nectar.

Cleaning manure is easy: pick it up and transfer it to your inventory, ask your ranch hand to pick it up, or make your Sim clean it up. Regardless of how the manure is cleaned, it ends up inside your Sim's inventory which can be used as fertilizer.

Where to Get Horse Manure

Horse manure cannot be bought from any store. You have to wait for the horses to relieve themselves. They will poop anywhere, so look around your lot, and surely you will find some.

How to Use Horse Manure

You may sell the manure, or you may use them as fertilizers. Raise your Gardening skill to level 3, pick the option "fertilize", and use it as you would with any fertilizer. Keep in mind that the better the quality of the fertilizer, the better the crop.
