I divided this quest into 2 parts. The first part includes 3 recipes: Jack O'Pepper, Batty Noodle Soup and Boo Bao Buns. The required appliance for all 3 recipes is the Spooky Stone Stove.
The second part of the quest is from steps 5 to 9.
The three recipes for the second part are Reaper's Reubenm Monster Mashed Potatoes and Legendary Leg. The required appliance for all 3 recipes is the Ominous Obsidian Oven.
