This is a new feature that I think a lot of Simmers will enjoy.
Lifestyles more or less represent your Sims - so, pick the right activities for your beloved Sim, and through time, it would develop enough to reward him/her.

Good To Know
♥ In the beginning, all lifestyles are locked.
♥ To unlock a lifestyle, you must engage in activities that are related to that specific lifestyle.
♥ A lifestyle marked as "in progress" means that you have started a new set of activities.
♥ A lifestyle marked as "active" means that you have worked enough on a set of activities to unlock its effect.
♥ A lifestyle marked as "at-risk" means that you are losing the lifestyle due to inactivity.
♥ Unwanted lifestyles may be removed by hiring a Lifestyle coach, or you may use a reward potion called the "Lifestyle-go-poof" potion.

Lifestyle 1: ADRENALINE SEEKER
In-game description:
Adrenaline Seeker is a Lifestyle for Sims who seek out danger, adventure, and sometimes even drama to ride the wave of an adrenaline rush! To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, explore dangerous locales, get into fights, woohoo outside, work in a dangerous career, and seek excitement in all its forms! Just be sure to avoid the mundane.
Effects: Sim becomes bold and daring - more of a thrill-seeker.
How to unlock: Climbing, skiing, and snowboarding.
Lifestyle 2: COFFEE FANATIC
In-game description:
Sims who live a Coffee Fanatic Lifestyle want nothing more than another cup of java to reap its benefits. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, drink a lot of coffee.
Effects: Can work long hours, work performance is increased
How to unlock: Drink coffee, buy coffee
Lifestyle 3: CLOSE-KNIT
In-game description:
Sims living a Close-Knit Lifestyle prefer to form deep connections with a small circle of friends. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, a Sim should keep their friend count between one and three Sims while seeking to deepen the relationships they do have.
Effects: Good friendship last longer; a bigger circle of friends makes them tense
How to unlock: Do activities with friends.
Lifestyle 4: ENERGETIC
In-game description:
Sims, who live an Energetic Lifestyle, love to stay active and keep moving! To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, seek out athletic and sporty activities, or join a high-energy career.
Effects: Increases work performance during high-energy careers, Decreases work performance during low-energy careers.
How to unlock: Outdoor activities, gym activities, jogging
Lifestyle 5: FREQUENT TRAVELLER
In-game description:
Frequent Travellers make a habit of visiting new and exciting places and want to experience everything these locales have to offer! To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, travel for vacations, visit exotic hidden destinations, and seek new experiences while traveling.
Effects: Various benefits when traveling to another world or when going on a holiday.
How to unlock: Go on vacation, travel to various lots
Lifestyle 6: HUNGRY FOR LOVE
In-game description:
Sims living a Hungry for Love Lifestyle have a strong desire to be in a relationship and struggle to deal with life without one. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, engage with romantic media, or attempt to romance other Sims.
Effects: Romantic sentiments are easily acquired, displeased when there is no romance
How to unlock: Cook meals that are healthy, avoid snacks and quick meals
Lifestyle 7: HEALTH FOOD NUT
In-game description:
Sims who live a Health Food Nut Lifestyle are devoted to eating nutrient-filled foods! To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, eat healthy foods, and harvestable while avoiding Quick Meals, desserts, or anything that may seem unhealthy!
Effects: Is pleased when eating healthy food, displeased when eating junk food
How to unlock: be romantically involved and do romantic things together
Lifestyle 8: INDOORSY
In-game description:
Sims living an Indoorsy Lifestyle prefer to be within the confines of an indoor space. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, prioritize doing activities indoors rather than outdoors.
Effects: Prefers indoor activities, Stressful when doing outdoor activities.
How to unlock: Do activities indoors, stay away from outdoor careers.
Lifestyle 9: JUNK FOOD FIEND
In-game description:
Sims who live a Junk Food Fiend Lifestyle crave snacks and sweets and are enthusiasts of spicing food up with sugar and bacon! To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, eat Quick Meals, desserts, or anything that may seem unhealthy as a rule. Just be sure to avoid being healthy!
Effects: fat, "add sugar," and "add bacon" turns food into junk food.
How to unlock: Stay away from healthy food, eat tons of junk food
Lifestyle 10: OUTDOORSY
In-game description:
Sims living an Outdoorsy Lifestyle prefer to be outside, taking in the fresh air. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, prioritize doing activities outdoors rather than indoors.
Effects: Gets stressful when too much time is spent indoors
How to unlock: Do outdoor activities like hiking, gardening, skiing, and more.
Lifestyle 11: PEOPLE PERSON
In-game description:
Sims living a People Person Lifestyle have an easier time building and maintaining a large friend group, sometimes at the cost of connecting with those friends. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, a Sim should have four or more friends.
Effects: Small chance of gaining long term sentiments with friends, 3 friends or lower makes your Sim stressed, Needs to be social for frequent

Lifestyle 12: SEDENTARY
In-game description:
Sims who live a Sedentary Lifestyle favor relaxing and lounging in all its forms and prefer to avoid exerting themselves. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, pursue low-energy activities that allow a sim to relax, sit, and lounge around or join a low-energy career.
Effects: Increases work performance during low-energy careers, Decreases work performance during high-energy careers
How to unlock: Doing inactive activities will help you achieve this lifestyle.
Lifestyle 13: SINGLE AND LOVIN' IT
In-game description:
Sims living a Single and Lovin’ It Lifestyle happily enjoy the ‘single life’ and savor their independence. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, avoid being in a committed romantic relationship and romantic media.
Effects: Small chance of getting the romantic sentiment, is tense when in a relationship

Lifestyle 14: TECHIE
In-game description:
Live a life immersed in technology! To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, regularly interact with electronics and technology, or join a tech-related career.
Effects: Work performance in tech-related careers increases, Repairing and upgrading electronics becomes easier

Lifestyle 15: TECHNOPHOBE
In-game description:
A Lifestyle dedicated to the avoidance of technology! To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, a Sim should pursue a livelihood without Power or technology, even going so far as to sabotage or break electronics from time to time.
Effects: Using anything technology related is stressful

Lifestyle 16: WORKAHOLIC
In-game description:
Sims living a Workaholic Lifestyle tend to fixate on their careers by working extra hard and rarely taking breaks. To acquire or maintain this Lifestyle, pursue promotions, Work Hard while at work, complete Daily Tasks, and abstain from taking days off.
Effects: “Go to Work on Off Hours” and “Demand Promotion from Boss” are available. The Salary Person Career receives extra work-related benefits.
How to unlock: Work more than normal

Aspirations are lifelong goals for a Sim in The Sims 4
The Snowy Escape pack offers 2 new aspirations:
New Aspiration 1: EXTREME SPORTS ENTHUSIAST
This Sim wants to explore Mt. Komorebi's wilderness and participate in extreme snow sports.
This aspiration can be found under the Athletic category. Choosing this will give your Sim the High Metabolism trait.
New Aspiration 2: MT. KOMOREBI SIGHTSEER
This Sim wants to explore Mt. Komorebi's culture and experience everything it has to offer.
This aspiration can be found under the Location category. Choosing this will give your Sim the Home Turf trait.
Sentiments
Sentiments are feelings that your Sims have for one another. Two Sims may share the same feelings for one another, or they may not. Memories, moments and the atmosphere may affect your Sims' sentiments.
Do note that Sims are allowed four sentiments at a time. When a new one is gained, it replaces the weakest one among the four. In addition to this, sentiments may either be short-term or long-term - this affects how long-lasting an emotion or a feeling will be.

Opinion
Lifestyles and sentiments make the game more enjoyable. Without these, I did not care much for the interaction among my Sims. With these additions, I can take my time making my Sims fall in love, rather than speeding everything up.
